  "description_short": "A NGT XPR 60\" Brolly Shelter System built around a pitched footprint of 152 x 152 x 150 cm.",
  "description": "A shelter is one of those buys where the details matter more than the photograph, so here is the plain-English version of what the NGT XPR 60\" Brolly Shelter System is, who it suits and how to get the best out of it.\n\nWhat it is built for\n\nThe point of a day shelter is simple: get you and your tackle out of the weather quickly, then stay out of the way while you fish. The NGT XPR 60\" Brolly Shelter System is built around that. When the wind gets up or the rain rolls in, you want cover in minutes, not a wrestling match with poles, and this pitches fast so you are back on the rods before the swim goes cold.\n\nWeather protection\n\nPitched, it measures 152 x 152 x 150 cm. That is enough room for a chair or a bedchair, your holdall and the bits you want to hand, all under cover. The open front lets you watch the water and get to your rods quickly, which matters when a bite comes.\n\nSpace and setup\n\nWhen the session ends it breaks down and packs into the supplied carry bag, so it drops straight onto the barrow for the walk back. Dry it out fully before long-term storage and it will keep shrugging off British weather season after season.\n\nLooking after it\n\nTreat it like any good piece of bank kit and it will last. Let it dry fully before you pack it away, brush the worst of the mud off before it dries, and store it somewhere dry rather than damp in the boot of the car. Done that way, the waterproofing keeps doing its job season after season.\n\nIf you are weighing this up against something else in the range, browse the full shop or ask us a question before you order.",
