Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it for any reason, then a further 14 days to send it back. It needs to come back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid including standard delivery, and you cover the cost of returning it unless the item is faulty.

If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, return postage included.

Looking after it

Let the fabric dry fully before packing away for any length of time to protect the waterproof coating and prevent mildew. Brush off mud, sponge clean with cold water only, and never machine wash. Store somewhere dry.
